Please do not include: passwords, full card numbers, 2FA codes, or other highly sensitive data. If you believe you found a security vulnerability, select “Security/Vulnerability” below and share only the minimum needed to understand the issue.

Before you submit

  • Include the exact page URL where the issue happened.
  • Tell us the steps you took so we can reproduce it.
  • Add screenshots/screen recordings if possible (remove sensitive info).
  • Share your device + browser + time it happened (with timezone).

Upload screenshots, screen recordings, or logs. Remove sensitive info before uploading.
If you can’t submit the form, email help@lovecraftify.us with subject: Site Issue Report and include the same details.
Security note: For “Security/Vulnerability,” please describe impact at a high level and include only minimal reproduction steps. Do not publish the issue publicly while we investigate.

What happens next

  • We review your report and may contact you for more details.
  • If reproducible, we’ll route it to the appropriate team (engineering, payments, trust & safety, etc.).
  • We may take action such as fixing a bug, blocking abusive behavior, or requesting more verification for safety.
